BoardEffect Pros and Cons

It's easy to upload meeting documents and modify meeting information in this platform. I like the built-in calendar and the ability to RSVP or designate RSVP privileges to someone else. The interface is very, very clean, and you can access the platform easily via browser or your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now that we've been using this for several months, I still find switching between workrooms and libraries to be a little confusing. Maybe it's just how my organization has this set up internally, but I think this could be streamlined to make things easier for end users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s not too many negative aspects of BoardEffect, the only thing that isn’t the most sophisticated is the messaging tool to message users from within BoardEffect. When sending a message you never really know if it went through unless you send it to yourself and see it pop up in your email. I have learned to do that so it’s not a big issue anymore but can be tough when learning BoardEffect for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
