Bluehost Professional Services Pros and Cons

The Bluehost dedicated server is fairly priced and the server uptime and reliability is in most cases very good. Bluehost ususlly gives a discount for long term contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With this dedicated server, the support is not the quickest and best. Whenever you call or chat with support...this is a very basic support. For more advanced issues, they will need to "Esculate" the issue to a dedicated server tech which they claim is 12 to 48 hour turnaround. You will hear something in email form as to what was fixed if anything. If the issue was not resolved, you have to coorespond via email which can take even longer. For the money that you spend on a dedicated server, the least they can do is give you a person to actually speak with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a complete package of full stack application. It has all has many features to manage our web application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When no one can answer a question about an issue, they simply close the ticket, and don't bother to go any farther. $29/mo didn't seem like a huge expenditure until I realized I was paying for nothing as no one could help me with the one big issue (FTP) I had.
