What do you like best about Bluehost Professional Services?
The Bluehost dedicated server is fairly priced and the server uptime and reliability is in most cases very good. Bluehost ususlly gives a discount for long term contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Bluehost Professional Services?
With this dedicated server, the support is not the quickest and best. Whenever you call or chat with support...this is a very basic support. For more advanced issues, they will need to "Esculate" the issue to a dedicated server tech which they claim is 12 to 48 hour turnaround. You will hear something in email form as to what was fixed if anything. If the issue was not resolved, you have to coorespond via email which can take even longer. For the money that you spend on a dedicated server, the least they can do is give you a person to actually speak with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I opened my Bluehost account earlier this year. I only needed to use their Professional Services platform twice, and was mostly satisfied with the results (with the exception of the one question about FTP I've been waiting two months for an answer for, no one even bothers to respond anymore).
