"Pretty good podcast plugin for a free version"

What do you like best about Bluberry?

I like that Bluberry is easy to use and has some customization options (color, share button, etc). The price is also nice since it's free and many other podcast programs require a reoccuring charge. It's easy that it's not a separate account you have to set up, and you can simply acquire an account and podcast embed option on your Wordpress website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluberry?

I wish the embed options were better with Bluberry. I think the view of the play bar could be enhanced visually, and I would love multiple embed options with all of the episodes instead of just single episode embeds. Also, showing the podcast name, episode, date, etc. and being able to customize it some would be nice when embedding.

To no fault of their own, I don't love that Bluberry doesn't have a massive following, so looking at other examples or help articles are a little less plentiful than other podcast platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bluberry:

If I were debating on whether to use Bluberry or not, I would recommend looking at other top podcast programs. Though it's nice that Bluberry is easy to download and implement on Wordpress sites, I do think other podcasts platforms are more user-friendly, visually appealing and familiar to viewers, therefore creating a better customer experience.

However, if the podcasts are just for something fun that may not get much traffic, I don't think there's anything wrong with Bluberry since it's a valid option! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bluberry solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have many podcast hosts/shows that we want to display on websites, so having Bluberry as a default, free option when the podcast host doesn't have a paid version of a program is a great benefit.

We're realizing the metrics/statistics are pretty good with Bluberry, and though we don't love the embed and visual options quite as much as others, it is a great option for free podcast sharing.

The other thing to consider is the paid version of Bluberry. Though we don't use it, it does have great benefits for a pretty low price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website is very limited in both design and function. The flow of posting a new podcast is not intuitive, too many moving parts without direction from point A to point

Recommendations to others considering Bluberry:

If you want a full-featured website, do not use their website product. Create your own in Wordpress and use the plugin. Their website is fine for those who have nothing but the podcast to promote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bluberry Review"

What do you like best about Bluberry?

Ease of use and the pricing. They also simplify distributing your podcast to various services (e.g.itunes, Google podcast, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluberry?

There really isn't much to dislike. It's a very good service that delivers what they promise. However, I did find a podcasting service I liked better so I replaced Bluberry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
