I enjoy the ability to search our company documents globally across the site. It is also nice to be able to follow specific categories so I can keep up with notifications on the things that interest me, and don't have to hear about the happenings in other departments. I dislike the difficulty of adding a category to your followed list. Having to edit your profile and type in the exact name of the category to find it is annoying, and it is even harder to find an article if it is not properly tagged with a useful category. Bloomfire is very professional and suitable for mid-sized to large-sized companies. It has helped us work smarter and learn faster, as it serves as our knowledge base center which is readily available for all staff members round the clock.
