Here, my university has been using this LMS from last many years till 2021, The tool is very good with the integrated online class portal, assessment was also smooth. The platform itself is robust and reliable which is what's required for any institution but the best thing about Blackboard Learn is that you really feel that the development team listen to their customers and many new features are a direct result of what the community is looking for and is directly influenced by the way that the customers use the product. I think the biggest thing we get complaints about is the availability of certain features - which may actually be available - but we can't switch on because it's a universal decision. For example, very few of our courses would benefit from 3 folder levels, but the large majority we wouldn't want them to have them (as the staff then bury content). It would be nice to have the granularity.

We also have to try to persuade our IT Services to switch some things on - for example, wiki's are no longer available but we can't enable the sharing a document from Word to fix this problem due to permissions that our IT Services aren't willing to unblock.
