This means that you can have business specialists set up new trading partners without involvement from developers. This makes the customer support much easier for non techies to do. Link is a use case specific platform, that is really god for B2B integrations. On the other hand it works well with other "native" integration platforms like Mulesoft or Azure iPaaS. So a Link stand alone for all integration needs is not enough for all customers.
