What do you dislike about Bites?

I am enjoying all aspects of the Bites platform that I have come across. I see it as a really powerful and cost-effective addition to my learning and development offering internally and externally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I first started to investigate Bites it was as a part of a learning and development solution that I was exploring for an organisation that I work with. They have a remote, geographically dispersed team so a microlearning solution that they could add into their current learning and development practices and get very specific tailored learning and development content to people, to access and use on mobile devices. The added benefit of having additional analytics and checks for understanding are also a big tick.

Through my scoping of Bites, I very quickly came to understand the benefits to my business as well. I am a consultant with a small remote team so the ability for me to share learning and development content and onboard new team members efficiently and effectively is greatly enhanced with Bites. I also see Bites as a great option to use with external parties as a way to reinforce learnings and actions from coaching and mentoring conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bites?

I am just Bites biggest fan! It’s my go to tool for all the training content I need to do globally.

I love that I can easily create personalized training content with Bites. It lets me communicate with my employees across the world in a personal style. With Bites I know that everyone across our stores globally gets the absolute best training! Hong Kong, Korea, France, Italy, it doesn’t matter – every employee on the shop floor gets the best training experience. This has been a game changer, especially during covid when we have been more dependent on our remote training capabilities, and Bites has been a lifesaver.

I also love the versatility of the tool. We use Bites to launch new products, do sales enablement training, send holiday wishes, updates, promotions. I never thought that one tool could meet all these needs and I can’t recommend it enough.

The support from the Bites team is also exceptional and we continually get engagement rates above 90% from our employees which I’ve never experienced on other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bites?

I haven’t had any problems with the platform.

What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?

My main challenge is making sure my global, dispersed workforce gets the best training across the board. With Bites it’s really easy to create content in different languages and distribute it globally.

It saves us a crazy amount of time and money on editing content too with features such as automatic subtitling and background noise reduction. I think that this is also the way that modern employees want to be communicated with. They’re not attentive to email or PDF – they need that engaging experience they’re used to from social media and Bites lets us take our learning and development to a whole other level in terms of engagement.

It also enables me as a global manager to have a personal connection with every employee and know that we care about them and their development.

The last piece is that I can also measure my employees’ progress with the dashboard which is essential for me as a manager, to get a snapshot of my global team’s performance. It gives me the confidence that we’re ready for new campaigns and initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bites?

I love how simple, effective, and engaging Bites is.

The user experience is fantastic; we see this in the massive amount of comments in the discussion area and the engagement rate, which is over 80% and high above all other tools we use for training and knowledge transfer.

It's super easy to create and allows us to be very agile and quick, sending dedicated bites to different audiences worldwide and delivering them to the employees' communication channels.

We have full analytics that helps us track the usages and gain insights.

We launched Bites after receiving feedbacks from salespeople and their managers that thoughts the learning and knowledge transfer methods we used for salespeople do not meet their needs. That sales do not have the time and desire to sit for hours in front of a computer to answer long lessons. We were looking for simple, short, visual solution that salespeople can consume anytime, anywhere to complement our existing tools.

Bites saves us time and money and allow us to quickly create and send content in engaging and fun way. The sales are happy to access and use bites on their mobile devices which usually takes them less than 3 minutes.
