**What do you like best about Bites?**

With Bites, we’re able to accomplish in just a few hours what would have taken us months to complete otherwise.  The platform is intuitive and built for ease of use by the end-users, which is critical to adoption.  Furthermore, the team at Bites goes above and beyond to ensure our successful use of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

The only downside we've encountered so far is the time it takes learning to instruct and manipulate the AI.  That said, the Bites team is well versed in maximizing these tools and has done a great job guiding us through the process.

**What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The short form videos that we create within Bites have started to fill gaps in our training and resource library that have existed for years.  It has helped create a standardized approach to training with uniform messaging.  Furthermore, they have solved for the challenge that comes with user management and provided turnkey solutions that remove common roadblocks preventing users from accessing the materials.

**What do you like best about Bites?**

What we appreciate most about Bites is the platform’s ability to deliver training in a way that is modern, engaging, and scalable for our workforce. The short-form learning format aligns extremely well with the operational pace of our business and makes it easier for employees to consume and retain information without feeling overwhelmed.

We also value how quickly content can be developed and deployed. The ability to transform existing documents, presentations, and processes into interactive learning content has created opportunities for us to reinforce operational standards, leadership development, onboarding, safety, and sales execution in a much more accessible way.

Another major strength has been the partnership and responsiveness of the Bites team throughout the implementation process. Their willingness to collaborate, adapt to feedback, and support our evolving needs has been instrumental as we continue building out our learning ecosystem.

Overall, Bites has helped us move toward a more consistent and scalable training experience across multiple roles, locations, and business functions.

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

One of the biggest opportunities for improvement is ensuring the final produced videos align more closely with the approved scripts and intended messaging. At times, the AI-generated narration or delivery can unintentionally oversimplify, condense, or alter key details, which has required additional review and revision on our side to ensure accuracy and clarity for employees.

We have also experienced some learning curve challenges around content organization, automation setup, and audience grouping/hierarchy management. As the platform scales, simplifying these administrative workflows would make the system even more user-friendly for internal teams managing large libraries and distribution structures.

Additionally, while the speed of content creation is a major advantage, maintaining consistency in tone, realism, and visual alignment to our specific business environment is important for employee engagement and credibility. We’ve found that the strongest content comes when there is close collaboration and intentional review throughout the scripting and production process.

That said, the Bites team has been highly receptive to feedback and collaborative in helping us work through these opportunities as we continue refining our approach.

Bites is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in Training & Development: delivering consistent, scalable learning across a fast-paced, geographically dispersed workforce.

Prior to implementing Bites, much of our training relied heavily on live facilitation, shadowing, and static documents, which created inconsistencies in how information was communicated and reinforced across locations and leaders. Bites has allowed us to centralize and standardize key training topics while making learning more accessible and engaging for employees in the field.

The platform is especially benefiting us in the following areas:

Reinforcing onboarding and operational processes through short, on-demand learning
Providing scalable training support for sales, leadership, safety, and compliance topics
Creating quicker access to learning resources without requiring employees to sit through lengthy training sessions
Supporting just-in-time learning by allowing employees to revisit topics exactly when they need reinforcement

**What do you like best about Bites?**

I really appreciate the ease of user login with Bites, where there's no need for a long process of clicks to get to the content; it gets delivered in just one click. I also like the AI video enhancements such as subtitles with translations and summary cards. The translation quality to Indonesian and Thai is relatively good and serves my target audience well. The content management is more video-based rather than SCORM, which I find beneficial. Additionally, the initial setup of Bites was very easy, just a matter of loading users.

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

I wish that the user interface will be made even better with features like having more reporting on completion, easier ways to categorize content in my custom way.

**What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bites simplifies the distribution and tracking of learning content, solving cumbersome login issues by delivering content in 1 click. It offers AI-enhanced video features with subtitles and translations to Indonesian and Thai, which serve my target audience well.

Of course, creating content takes more time than buying ready-made content off the shelf. Bites is constantly working on analyzing training data and will certainly develop several more exciting features in this area.

I really like how simple, easy, problem-solving, and innovative the platform is. I find features like the language subtitles, voiceover, takeaways, and comments particularly valuable. The initial setup was really easy, definitely a 10/10.

**What do you like best about Bites?**

The best thing about Bites is that I can communicate with my team in real time. We used to work with an LMS but it took too long to create the content and in the end my employees rarely ended up completing the training. I think that easily creating social media-like content is more in line with my employees’ expectations today and we’ve definitely seen results as a there.
My employees also mostly use Whatsapp for work related communications so having a platform that integrates with Whatsapp is a no brainer.

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

Sometimes the analytics can be a bit detailed – I’m not sure I need that level of granularity.

**What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a number of different employee profiles who are using bites. We have project managers who deliver briefings for new real estate projects with bites. That means briefing contractors about projects in real time.
I also share live updates about real estate projects with customers. Its great to be able to personally deliver a message to customers who know me. I think it gets much better engagement than a cold email and it helps to maintain our relationship with key stakeholders.

Relatively simple to use platform, analytic capabilities, flow of video-to-question foramtting. Replayability.

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

Hard to implement if not situated for it; if not mandated or forced to use no one seems to want to use it. Limitted editting capabilities; had multiple crashes if too many stickers or text was added, ended up editting completely in other software and only added music through the editor.

It was meant to solve the needing to be everywhere at once problem, where I would get multiple people into locations at the same time and had the need to distribute information as widely and quickly as I could.

**What do you like best about Bites?**

The best thing about Bites is that I can create all of my onboarding content in the app. I use their video editor and editing tools, and then the app created the automated question, key takeaways, and subtitles. Nice to say that the subtitles can be translated into another language, which is a very cool feature.

I've been using the platform for a few months now and so far I don't have any complaints to make or add any negative points. My overall experience has been great

What I like best about Bites is being able to create professional content with AI help. I only need to upload my video and the application does all the rest, creating questions and summary cards to enhance my employee's training process.

I think would be nice to have more music options to add to the videos, but at this point, I have no other complaints about their platform, everything is working well.

Now I'm able to train employees, across many different locations in the same way. I share with them very quickly through any communication channel (in my case I use mostly email), and then I'm able to train many employees to keep the high-quality knowledge standards.

**What do you like best about Bites?**

If you are looking for an easy-to-use and yet very powerful training app, Bites is definitely a tool worth checking out. We were able to create our own look and feel, customize the content and choose the features that really matter to us. There is no other platform that offers this flexibility at such a great value. Bites helps us to create and maintain a culture of information sharing and good practices with our employees.

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

I kinda miss reels Facebook or Instagram feed. I hope Bites suggest public profiles to follow as well, so it won't be boring upon the initial creation of the account. I think people will tend to uninstall the app if they don't see suggested public accounts to follow.

It helps create training videos easily. I think that would be a great asset to my team. Instead of having one on one meetings, just watching a video on Bites will save a lot of time and effort

**What do you like best about Bites?**

I'm looking for ways to conduct online learning and training services for my clients without the need for me to be too tech savvy, and I found Bites to be a helpful tool to help me create learning materials online; I like how there are already templates for me to choose from.

Additionally. Bite templates come in very interesting topics that can serve as conversation starters for ordinary conversations. What's interesting as well is that these come with subtitles, so I can better understand what's being said even if I'm in a noisy environment.

Also, I like how I can sign up with my personal mobile phone number. Not a lot of apps nowadays have this feature, so this is very welcome.

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

Upon checking templates, it takes quite some time for some Bites / videos to load. It may look like the phone froze, but after a few moments and some clicks here and there, the video will play.

**What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm in the Learning and Development and with the rising prices of gas and fuel affecting costs, prospect clients have asked me if I can conduct online training. I've done personal recordings of myself but I'm no visual architect so all my files are raw. I like how Bites have templates that guide me with angles and what to say that will help me make better videos.

You have immediate access to thousands of new skills, projects, and tools through the Bites online learning platform. Finding excellent videos that cover topics related to business, technology, creativity, and lifestyle is simple.

Your path to knowledge gain may be continually hampered by the variation in instructor quality. It would be unrealistic to think that every instructor on the platform is an expert in the fundamentals of teaching, as being able to teach well is a skill that must be acquired over time.

I can confidently declare that Bites is worthwhile simply because of the opportunity to learn for the sake of learning. What I like best about Bites is that it is easy to use. Personally, I always liked very much using easy and intuitive applications, and Bites is one of them for me - especially with the app makeover that we just debuted. In this sense, now it’s very nice and simple to share our professional content with our employees.

So far, I didn't have many problems using this platform. But - as a suggestion - the desktop version of the app could also have the option to edit videos.

With Bites, the main problem I’m solving right now is to communicate more clearly with my employees. **What do you like best about Bites?**

My favorite thing about Bites is their Video Editor. I never found a platform that was this complete in terms of editing - I can create a video, and add quizzes and flashcards in the end -  in a really easy and intuitive way, so I think that’s my favorite tool of Bites.

I didn’t experience anything that I disked during this period of time. However, I had to deal with a bog related to the app, but their CS team solved it right away.

With Bites, I was able to create and share my training content much more easily. I used to have a few power points and now I can share something similar to a TikTok video or Instagram story, which made all of this process highly more engaging for my team.

I think I dislike the design of the platform: the Bites doesn't has your own personality: it's so similar to TikTok, Instagram tools and InShot: an app to edit videos

Bites is solving problems that companies have to offer training to their employees and publish interesting videos for the training and day to day of the team. Using Bites has been very convenient due to its user-friendly interface. App is also very functional and gives employers/managers various easy options in sending out materials and communicating with frontliners

The app is a bit buggy/lagging sometimes.

What I like most about using Bites is the format. On the platform, I can record videos in the same format that I would record using Instagram, for example. In this way, I feel that I can keep the format of the content that I produce much more interesting for those who are watching.

As a suggestion: I think the video editor could have more tools to make the contents even better (more music, transition effects, and fast voice). That’s my feedback to be even more complete!

I can communicate effectively and quickly with Bites. Do I want to share some professional news with my team? I record a Bite and send it, the easiest! **What do you like best about Bites?**

I like more being able to create content and then ask questions about it, with the quiz. Of course, I also really like the tool to add flashcards, I feel that knowledge can actually be fixed in a training step, for example. That’s really new and cool as an easy solution to engage employees. Also, amazing customer service, really satisfied. 

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

So far using the platform I haven't experienced any problems to report. I think they are quite complete and have good support and development of what they promise as a product.

Solving the problem of having effective training and quite easy to understand. In this way, I managed to build a material that is easy to understand and quite simple, spending nothing, just my location. Also, in the material, I asked the old employees to record the videos, which was very important and showed how they know and are part of the company.

**What do you like best about Bites?**

Great app to optimize the team's internal communication. With Bites, I can record and watch videos about our internal content quickly. In addition, the onboarding process with them was extremely fast and successfully implemented. So it is a very complete product in terms of its proposal and operation with the customer.

So far, I haven't met any platform-related issues. I think we could have more fun effects for the videos, as a suggestion. I don't think that the company need improvement

What I like most as a Bites admin is that I understand that my team really likes it and listens to what is said in the simple and fast videos I record. In this way, our communication is more fluid and internal messages can be passed on.

I've been using Bites for some time now and I see nothing that makes the platform out of date or in need of improvement. They even promote new features quite often. So, no dislike points right now!

Remote working is tough. For one, ensuring team collaboration can be a challenge. Additionally, if we are to hire new people, we need to have team members develop a cohesive approach to working. And one of the top things that prevent that is proper training. Long-form written manuals aren't that great - and that's where we used Bites. I can easily share content with my remote employees, and get the analytics I need to know how the response has been. And I could even send across info that team members found useful or ask them a few questions, and have my team members reply to them. This keeps them engaged, and the easy integration with Whatsapp makes this even better. And did I say, it's all for free since I have less than 25 people in my team? You just can't beat that.

I would give this full marks for training. And Bites works across industries as well. The only part where I do find it lacking though is the MS Teams integration that only comes with the Business plan. Not that am complaining but would have been nice to have that too.

Great microlearning and content creation tool to use either internally or for your marketing purposes. And with an amazingly affordable pricing plan, this is something small businesses - like mine - will love!

What I like most about using Bites is the possibility to create easier and faster communication with the whole team. I am just Bites biggest fan! It’s my go to tool for all the training content I need to do globally. 
I love that I can easily create personalized training content with Bites. It lets me communicate with my employees across the world in a personal style. With Bites I know that everyone across our stores globally gets the absolute best training! Hong Kong, Korea, France, Italy, it doesn’t matter – every employee on the shop floor gets the best training experience. This has been a game changer, especially during covid when we have been more dependent on our remote training capabilities, and Bites has been a lifesaver.
I also love the versatility of the tool. We use Bites to launch new products, do sales enablement training, send holiday wishes, updates, promotions. I never thought that one tool could meet all these needs and I can’t recommend it enough.
The support from the Bites team is also exceptional and we continually get engagement rates above 90% from our employees which I’ve never experienced on other platforms

They’re not attentive to email or PDF – they need that engaging experience they’re used to from social media and Bites lets us take our learning and development to a whole other level in terms of engagement. 
It also enables me as a global manager to have a personal connection with every employee and know that we care about them and their development.
The last piece is that I can also measure my employees’ progress with the dashboard which is essential for me as a manager, to get a snapshot of my global team’s performance. It gives me the confidence that we’re ready for new campaigns and initiatives.

**What do you like best about Bites?**

I  like the ease of content creation so I can create whatever I need to share in a few minutes

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

Nothing. I am very happy with Bites, it meets all my needs

**What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for ongoing updates for the team. I can easily create a video explaining what I need to communicate and share it directly through the app. I like that I can keep track over who watched my video, and follow up on those who didn’t (or had questions).

**What do you like best about Bites?**

It's super easy to use - both as a content creator with the intuitive and versatile platform and in terms of distribution to my team (they get it via WhatsApp and slack and without installing anything can view the content that I created for them)

**What do you dislike about Bites?**

Cant think of anything that I dislike about it, They keep improving it and thinking up new features that always come in handy

**What problems is Bites solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I quickly need to train my team on new service updates
The fact that I don't need to be a graphic genius to create amazing content. It makes my whole work easier and more effective
