This allows for on the spot changes to be made and for the updated training/videos to be immidediately available to our target audience. I used Brainshark for two years and could truly never locate any of our content when using the standard searching capabilities; I always had to rely on my administrative privileges to find items (unsure if and/or how those with standard user permissions could find anything).
