What do you like best about BigTime Projector?

Very easy to use, intuitive, efficient web portal for users to put in time and expenses. User friendly product and customizable for our business needs. Great project management and project accounting tool. Accounting interface with QuickBooks is easy. Plus data can be exported to Excel or other formats so you can create your own reports. What do you dislike about BigTime Projector?

The application is currently split into two: the web portal (which users record time and expenses), and the management console (PC only). Works really well, but it would be nice to have it all in one place. While the reporting modules are is great, creating reports can be complex and required a fairly deep knowledge of the product. Needs improvement with GL integration. Budget in Projector PSA sometimes does not tie to actual budget due to the timing of billing. Projector should include an option to account for the time billed and un-billed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigTime Projector solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since implementing Projector we have increased the amount of billable time available for our consultants, we have reduced the amount of time spent on administrative tasks and have better management of projects which contributes to improved profitability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Projector is a time saver for employee time/expense submission and invoicing. The ability to create invoices and capture all pertinent information that a client requires saves so much time. What do you like best about BigTime Projector?

This tool is a really solid time tracking tool for front-end users. (meaning those who are entering time, not managing the projects themselves) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime Projector?

Even though it doesn't affect me personally, this tool has real struggles in ease-of-use for project managers. The UI can be very unclear, and non-intuitive. It could really use re-thinking in that regard, and redesigning. It looks more like a Windows 95 program than a windows 10 one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are really glad to hear that you enjoy using Projector's time and expense tracking interface, and we wanted to let you know that a full redesign of Projector's project and resource management features is currently underway.

If you, or your coworkers, wanted to get an idea for what those new interfaces will look like I would encourage you to join our Projector e3 Community. We have been doing quite a few design reviews and feedback sessions as part of that community to include organizations in the redesign process.
