Security of the System and using multiple rates on the project for the same consultant doing multiple tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
all reports should have all data options to construct a report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like interacting with the support team. They have been VERY helpful in any support issue we have raised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have concerns about the inability to upgrade sandbox separately from Production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we first looked at Projector we had a slight concern that it could be a simple, low-end solution that wouldn’t address our business needs. But as we learnt more about it we realized that it is a powerful, practical solution that has been designed to address real-world requirements, rather than requiring us to distort our business to fit in with the tool. Whenever we ask “can Projector handle this?”, there is normally a positive answer.
Specific “best” areas include resource management, reporting, time entry and approval, the ability to integrate with other systems, and the very responsive customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The current mix of functionality between the “desktop client” Management Portal and the “thin client” Web Portal can be a slight concern, requiring the use of different portals at different times. But one portal can connect to the other, which simplifies this. Project Managers won’t find full Microsoft Project task management functionality, so need to decide whether Projector task management is sufficient, or whether they should use a tool such as Microsoft Project alongside Projector. integration between time invoicing and the various interfaces Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
not necessarily dislike - would prefer more web enabled components Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Projector is a level above any other project management system that i have encountered. Most systems can do the normal project management tasks, but its the power to be able to deep dive into your project data that makes Projector so valuable. The reporting is just amazing and I don't know any other system that has the different types of reports and the way a user can chop and change fields so easily to get very detailed reporting.
I also love the easy ability to integrate with almost any system out there. For example we have Salesforce, Home grown internal systems and our our HR system are integrated into Projector for online dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The entire tool needs to be ported to the web. At present it is a mix between a tool on your computer versus time sheets, dashboards etc. are on a web portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I personally have benefited tremendously from implementing the AAM (Advanced Analytics Module). It has provided our organization great insight into our resources, our revenue, our adherence to time entry and project management (among other items). The set up of this module was pretty simple, and the capabilities are really powerful and have helped our organization view our data in a macro way to identify trends and impacts that were previously going unnoticed. It has helped us manage write offs, and customer management gaps that were previously flying under the radar to ensure we capture more revenue and have happier customers. Additionally, I've loved working with Projector, they have been a fantastic partner, anytime we have a question about the product or how to do something, they answer quickly, professionally, and it's clear that they know their product inside and out as well as have a good understanding of our ask and why it's pertinent to our business. They really are just a great partner to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the functionality remains in their desktop app (manager portal), while this is powerful it is a bit dated, however, they are actively working to move, improve, and expand this functionality to the web and with each new release they are doing just that. The nice thing is that each move/release is well thought out and communicated, and there have been no major challenges with these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Projector PSA makes it very easy for me to manage scheduling our Consulting resources across a large number of client projects. It provides a concise way for me to see what all of our resources are working on and determine which resources are available for new projects. It also allows the Principals to enter new projects and request the resources that they are interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few small improvements that could be made to save me some additional time in terms of allocating the resources, but overall the program has been very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that Projector includes all of the key modules in one system - resource/project management, time and expense submission/approval, project financials, revenue recognition, invoicing, and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the fact that the system does not have a robust team collaboration feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact there is a seamless integration with QB. I can invoice in Projector and import those invoices into QB with little difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have any dislikes. Like with any system there is mapping issues but that is not the fault of Projector. Our awesome training consultant Amie Bonner helped us figure out a work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing we like best is the data we now have at our fingertips to help us run the services side of our business. Before we either didn't have the data or it took a bit of work to present the data in a useful form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if Projector had more pre-built integrations with other vendors/tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
