I can't speak specifically to any downsides as I'm just getting into the product. From what I've seen it would be amazing if there could be a content library separate from the training material. From day one, they set up a very effective means of communication between our team and theirs. They integrated right into our business' preferred communication platform to ensure ease of comms. Whenever our team has had questions or requests, their team has consistently responded within moments and with great enthusiasm. Our company endeavors to innovate continually. Whenever we have expressed our developing goals to the BigSpring team, they have routinely come to the table with options -- either untapped existing features or plans that they promptly put into action to meet our needs. I have recognized that BigSpring is a platform that is excited about feedback and providing complete solutions.

Read until the end: There have been a few features that were not present when we first began working with BigSpring. As we continue to grow and tune our learning program offerings to our range of learner segments, we identify features that are not yet available through BigSpring...

Here is where the experience is different with BigSpring:

When I have requested a feature or capability, they immediately task their teams with exploring our needs in full and promptly go about making a solution available to us. I particularly like that the Bigspring app is easy to learn and navigate. We brought on thousands of reps and had the training ready to provide to all of these users. What's great is any and all issues we found we swiftly brought to the attention of the Bigspring team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we have so many reps to add to the platform the number one hurdle we've had to overcome was the user upload limit. We've done so by breaking our user lists into multiple files of the 250 max, which can end up being 11 parts, and uploading separately. Also, the naming system for "Reps" as a community-building process was odd and I think could be tweaked to a better, more marketable term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Big Spring is very focused on reach flexibility and impact providing excellent customer service and the focusing on the needs of its customers. This company is very flexible and looks for the opportunity to deliver applicable solutions. As a team we have been able to benefit from using the artificial intelligence platform provided by big spring.The entire team is very professional , personable, and willing to go the extra yard on a project and an absolute joy to work with. I would highly recommend this artificial intelligence company if you are looking for helpful solutions that can benefit your company.
