Easy to change and add providers for a low-cost support fee.
We aren't in the business of maintaining equipment; I want someone outside my department responsible for the hardware and maintenance of the equipment.
Everyone thinks they need a huge bandwidth pipe, start low on what you believe is your usage, you can always upgrade.
BigLeaf does that quickly; everyone should get it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really is not anything that I see wrong with Bigleaf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hardware and technical support are top notch. You can have the routers pre-configured with your ISP info, so it's plug and play (other than updating the WAN on your firewall of course). Bigleaf monitors the devices and will send out a replacement if they detect problems. That being said, we've been using their service for years and have only had a few instances where a swap was needed. Also, any time I've had to call in, the wait time was practically non-existent, and the rep that answered was friendly and ready to assist. Would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be difficult to get a hold of their business team at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best aspect of having a BigLeaf is the seemless transition between internet providers in real time. If is amazing how the BigLeaf is able to handle multiple ISPs and determine which connection is best for the given practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are honestly no dislikes I have to share regarding the BIgLeaf service. The biggest gripe I have is not deciding to get the service sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The single greatest aspect of Bigleaf is its simple to use. The MSP portal makes reselling this to our end-users seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point, not much. It is a great product that delivers exactly what is promised. The only nitpick I would have is the lack of usable home tiers. There is only a handful that seem to match Cable/DSL type tiers, but no packages geared towards synchronous UL/DL speeds of FTTP users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My experience with Bigleaf has been outstanding. They seamlessly integrate exceptional customer support to expedite the onboarding process, an intuitive user interface, and a high-performing SD-WAN appliance. This trifecta has empowered us to provide clients within the 50-200 user range with a more dependable and remarkably accessible connectivity solution, all while harnessing the cost advantages of lower-priced internet services. It is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Alerts need further refinement. Backup circuit alerts can be unnecessarily noisy.
Applying alerts filters by circuit may be an interesting addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used BigLeaf internally for our offices and externally for our clients for the last three years. Putting in BigLeaf device means the end to downtime and troublesom packet loss and latency. Applications will run smoother and your high value employees will be working instead of waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be cost prohibtive to clients with higher bandwidth options but low user counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bigleaf is pretty much the only product that allows us to still use firewalls we are familiar with and add SD Wan services. Similar to Peplink, except it "just works" and is super easy to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it would be great if we could host our own exit pop, some of their locations are a bit far away from our customers offices and it adds some latencty to RDP connections. Very nit picky, the rest of the product is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We could not service our patients because our phone service was having internet issues. With implementing Bigleaf, we are getting consistent internet service, so our patient's calls are not being missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I like the cost of the service. However, it is better than before. I am still seeing interruptions in my service sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
