A lot of options and operational actions could be done with Web Console and CLI is not mandatory but it is a must during N3 debug. Also, it's scalable and you can set up a small appliance on a small agency, and when need more you can upgrade the appliance. **What do you dislike about FortiGate SD-WAN?** If you want to set up all security functions, it is slowing the appliance performance. It can be used by management to perform centralized tasks on a single click and pull out various required reports as well. **What do you dislike about FortiGate SD-WAN?** Nothing much however it can expand it's Layer 7 capabilities application wode and enhance it's user base signature patterns and it's log monitor. **What problems is FortiGate SD-WAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Terminating various types of WWN links directly on Fortigate SDWan and then managing them centrally is very easy and effective to isolate WWN issues.

The internet services with bad administration could have sectors of the company where the internet service does not work and for other functions in the correct way. This failure is due to the fact that only one service provider is being used more than the other, this makes the service look degraded. With the activation of the SD-WAN option, the service providers carry out load balances, this means that category of pages or certain services are distributed to the two or number of connected providers. Although it is a small sample of the meaning SD-WAN, it conforms to the network requirements and to preserve the network infrastructure.

SD-WAN works by adding two ISP's of preferable the same bandwidth and playing with the load balancing algorithms. Fortigate SD-WAN supports the algorithms by volume, session, spillover, source ip and destination-source ip. Simply choose the algorithm that best suits your needs, indicate the parameters either weight or threshold for SD-WAN to perform its magic. With this, you do not have active SD-WAN, now you have to create the status check to guarantee the health of each ISP and the lost packets. In addition to indicating the health of each link you have to parameterize the rules that is nothing more than a policy where you are going to force an origin to go specifically for an ISP.
