What do you dislike about BigCentral?

Customers receive unwanted review request emails sometimes, which is unnecessary, and the Cost wise it is not satisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bqool dashboard pretty much had all the necessary details to manage accounts.
