What do you like best about Beyond?

The algorithm, the interface, the customization possibilities, the insights delivered, the support of a dedicated account manager. The integration and onboarding are also very well managed. What do you like best about Beyond?

Beyond saves me so much time, instead of spending all of my time researching and coming up with rates I can put my times towards other things. I also love the additional tools it comes with such as the insights. I also love that they give weekly recommendations based off of what the unit is doing and the surrounding area. It is super easy to use and implement in your daily operation, I use it everyday. It was super easy to integrate and if you do have any questions the customer support is great. We manage several hundred properties and and fully integrated with Beyond Pricing as our exclusive rate manager. With the frequently changing market, Beyond Pricing easily keeps our rates in line with what the market is bearing to ensure our owners are receiving the highest possible ADR and occupancy rate. The fact that the pricing is changing based on supply and demand is nice, we are seeing some additional last minute bookings and hope that overall will increase occupancy and therefore increase the overall revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Beyond?

The Beyond Team was very quick to get us onboarded and get right into action. They have a lot of support and guide you through the process from start to finish, and are actually still in touch with us each month with suggestions.
