Beyond has been incredible from the beginning. The onboarding process was simple and fast, the initial set up for pricing was in depth and strategic, the continued support and conversations around MY goals and MY strategy has been unwaivering. There are a lot of choices in the market place for pricing tools and many are cheaper than Beyond but what I have found is that Beyond is continuously adding new tools, improving old tools and asking for operator opinions to improve their software, it's functionality and success rate. I haven't discovered one thing about Beyond that I dislike. Having the right customer success manager is crucial as they work closely with you over the course of time and see things you might not so they have to be in tune with your strategy and goals.
