What do you like best about Beyond?

Beyond has been incredible from the beginning. The onboarding process was simple and fast, the initial set up for pricing was in depth and strategic, the continued support and conversations around MY goals and MY strategy has been unwaivering. There are a lot of choices in the market place for pricing tools and many are cheaper than Beyond but what I have found is that Beyond is continuously adding new tools, improving old tools and asking for operator opinions to improve their software, it's functionality and success rate. They are truly partners in my pricing, if I do better, they do better so they are 100% invested in my success now and in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beyond?

I haven't discovered one thing about Beyond that I dislike. Having the right customer success manager is crucial as they work closely with you over the course of time and see things you might not so they have to be in tune with your strategy and goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We stopped using Beyond for our mid term properties (30 day minimums). One b/c the tool is not really setup for that type of property as it constantly will say the health score is poor becuasae it is too empty or too full. While we do our best to inform users of the importance of disabling other pricing tools for Beyond to work as intended, we’ll take your feedback as an opportunity to make this even clearer during onboarding.

In your case, our records show that your listing was actively connected to Beyond at the time of the bookings in question, which is why our standard fees applied. Our support team also followed standard procedure and provided supporting documentation when the dispute was raised through PayPal, which ultimately ruled in our favor after reviewing the evidence.

What do you like best about Beyond?

We've been using Beyond Pricing for more than a year now, and we are satisfied on their smooth and easy pricing system in our website and international portals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beyond?

In some cases, the rates are too high compared to our compertitors especially if there are holidays/events.

For example, if the event is located in Downtown, the rates in Jumeirah Village Circle should not be affected because of the distance between the two locations.
