The best thing I like about BBB is it brings the business and the customers closer to solving their concerns and grievances; this platform helps the company to resolve the customer's complaints and keep them happy. I don't like that it seems a little too easy for someone to sign up saying they are a legitimate business because of a front while being a poor business that rips people off. I had an experience where a friend saw the logo on a Barbizon website and signed up for the services they offered but they did not deliver on their promises. That is my only reason there is a deduction in the score. While I enjoyed the ease of getting my stuff together, maybe there should be more of an investigation to make sure the services are not worded in a tricky way to get others to spend money on a undeliverable promise.
