The ability to generate themes and frequencies and then segment the data has allowed my team to be more impactful and creative with our qualitative reporting.The Beehive team has been responsive to issues raised and has a roadmap of features that will help us to get even more value out of the tool. Extremely easy to use, customer support was great. I had used it quite a bit in terms of my analysis of survey feedback data (google/iOS playstore) as well as support ticket data. The team is very responsive in terms of helping to improve the product. I was happy about the core feature of the product - the categorization and summarization of key points. Beehive AI is a very powerful, super quick way to make sense of people's experience so that business decisions are aligned with the needs and wants of customers. I love how the Beehive AI dashboards break down barriers across the organization as muliple stakeholder groups can begin to analyze the same data and productively move to game-changing, strategic decisions for your product or service. As a qualitative researcher, I love how Beehive AI is able to capture and preserve the voice of the customer... I can always go back to the original data and read verbatim the customer's feedback. So while Beehive AI is qualitative at scale, I hope this capability endures so that analysts can connect with the field and learn firsthand from their customers. Beehive's ability to integrate with our survey platform has allowed us to seamlessly export tens of thousands of rich open response data, turning them into actionable insights in a matter of hours rather than weeks.
