Extremely easy to use, customer support was great. I had used it quite a bit in terms of my analysis of survey feedback data (google/iOS playstore) as well as support ticket data. The team is very responsive in terms of helping to improve the product. I was happy about the core feature of the product - the categorization and summarization of key points. As a qualitative researcher, I love how Beehive AI is able to capture and preserve the voice of the customer... I can always go back to the original data and read verbatim the customer's feedback. So while Beehive AI is qualitative at scale, I hope this capability endures so that analysts can connect with the field and learn firsthand from their customers. Beehive's ability to integrate with our survey platform has allowed us to seamlessly export tens of thousands of rich open response data, turning them into actionable insights in a matter of hours rather than weeks.
