We are unable to process the report of the invoices on a specific day. More shortcut keys would make things even simpler to use. Sometimes, system-loaded invoices will use dates that are not in the proper format. It would be ideal if the dates appeared as "mm-dd-yyyy." We receive a warning that if the location amount is not calculated, we cannot progress with the next steps and we are unable to post cross-location entries, for instance, if any adjustment entry between one location to another location cannot be set off. We are unable to obtain a list of the loaded invoices for a specific day. The program doesn't issue a duplicate-warning alert if a single invoice is imported twice and the invoice number is in a different format because everything else is the same. We are the company dealing with many B2B clients and a lot of solutions and services delivered. Now that also generates thousands of invoices every day and it reaches in lakhs over month. Now, this becomes difficult for our partners to distribute the invoices, and keep track of it. That's where we used Basware for our e-invoicing setups and pushed the invoices directly from our AR to clients AP. That helped us to fast-track the Invoice dispatch process. Basware is a good tool. But we have so many third-party invoice handlers and many of our vendors and clients are on different setups. Now, this becomes sometimes really difficult to connect with their format of XML/cXML/ or flat files. And because of that we either have to leave it or do a lot of developments to adjust that.
