Bambi is great and the team is fantastic. As with all new software platforms, there are some things that we want that are just not there as the dev plan has yet to get to them. Bambi is an incredible tool for new NEMT companies! The auotmated scheduling feature really helps cut down on dispatch time and confusion with drivers. The pricing is very reasonable and the implimentation process is super easy. Our drivers have been using all the time and love how simple the communication with our dispatch office is.
