Thank you for the positive review! We strive to maintain the maximum server uptime possible and react as quickly as possible when a rare outage occurs. In order to deliver our SuperScaling system that enables any app to achieve unlimited scalability, we maintain our own server infrastructure rather than relying on third-parties. We believe the upside far outweighs the cost of rare and momentary outages, which are largely unavoidable from any serverless provider. We're happy to hear it isn't enough of a concern to impact your overall experience!
