Having worked in B12 for more than a year now, it took quite some time to understand and learn everything. The chat folks have really helped though and now I could probably become one of them myself.

What I'd like to see done:

1. I have 10 niche branding sites and I need to duplicate one of my current sites but I'm told the Engineers don't know how to do that yet. :(

2. When you update the program, it is not available to use on the first site I built in B12. I'm working on my 2nd one now and see it has many more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. The product has high promises of merging AI with human design. Unfortunately, it would appear that what they are delivering is a couple of pre-done templates that their "AI" auto selects for you, then you need to pay a designer (by the hour) to customize it. To make matters worse, unlike a traditional design shop, they are restricted by the templates they have, so they really cannot do anything truly custom. The result looks amateurish. I was able to get a much better website using Square Space at a fraction of the cost and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had big hopes of partnering with B12 on building websites for my business. In talking with one of their account managers, he had promised a high-touch, very custom solution. Unfortunately, after paying them, the account manager disappeared and passed me off to their automated system, which did an abysmal job. To make it look professional, they kept on asking me to pay one of their designer's time. In summary, they are all talk, but lite on the dilivery. The greatest thing about B12 is the quality of their work. After a brief online meeting focusing on my company, our services, and our goals, they made us a beautiful website. They also do our SEO, and it has been very effective. The new clients I've acquired directly through our website have paid for B12's services above and beyond. On occasion, the replies I receive when I email support lack the depth and detail I would like to see. They have a team of people that respond to their support requests, and most of them are really great, but sometimes one of them seems like they are in a hurry when they reply and are trying merely to quickly knock out a ticket. Lack of communication and follow through. We had a few setback with my website due to having to change appointments times and designers. Unfortunately my notes were not used to continue to edit the website and generic information was used and photos not chosen by me, although this info was provided. They designer was charged twice. And I didn’t even speak to the last designer. Then I was told that I had to launch and stated my dislike for the process. It was unorganized snd in the end I still didn’t have a website for use by my business. So I start doing the entire thing over myself. Waste of money and time that I’ll never get back.
