What do you like best about Azure Portal?

The features I like about Azure are-

Customizability: Azure Portal allows users to create custom dashboards with interactive tiles that provide quick access to critical resources.

Ease of use: Azure Portal features a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to manage and monitor Azure services and resources.

Integration: Azure Portal integrates seamlessly with other Azure services, making it possible to manage the entire Azure environment from a single location.

Scalability: Azure Portal can handle even the largest and most complex Azure deployments, and it provides the tools necessary to manage and monitor large-scale cloud deployments.

Flexibility: Azure Portal can be customized and extended through the use of extensions, which can be created by Microsoft or by third-party developers. This allows users to add new functionality to Azure Portal and integrate it with other tools and services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Portal?

Things which I don't like about Azure are-

Complexity: Azure Portal can be complex and overwhelming for some users, especially those who are new to cloud computing or who have limited technical expertise.

Limited customization options: While Azure Portal offers some customization options, it may not be possible to fully customize the user interface to meet specific needs and requirements.

Lack of offline support: Azure Portal requires an internet connection to work, which can be problematic for users who need to manage resources in remote or offline locations.

But these issues are common with all Cloud based infrastructure providers and since it's a Microsoft product, there is always going to be improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me personally, Azure Portal was helpful in following ways-

Compute: Azure virtual machines, containers, and functions.

Analytics: Azure Data Factory, Azure Stream Analytics, and Azure Machine Learning.

Security and Identity: Azure Active Directory, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Information Protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
