It has so many different options and you can do so many things, but it lacks proper documentation or at least guides for users that start with a new project, you can eventually learn everything. We used the DevTest Labs as part of a our learning experience with being engaged on a new SaaS product as we move to Public cloud offerings. The user experience is what I look for all the time and Microsoft never disappoints me with that with any of its products.
