What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

Creating set schedules is a breeze, along with the capability to physically print monthy calendar style schedules for our less tech-savvy clients. We are also able to do all on-boarding documentation right from in the system meaning less paper tracking. We use this daily to track communications along with caregiver and client documentation. What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

Not being able to delete an applicant account after it has been created is kind of frustrating. Although their tech support is fairly responsive I would like to see an after-hours/holidy tech support line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

AxisCare makes it so easy to schedule Home Care visits! With the "Live View" feature you can see in real time where all of your caregivers are. It also shows shifts that have not been clocked in/out. AxisCare organizes your Clients and Caregivers and even shows "recommended" caregivers for clients based on their location! AxisCare is amazing and saves us so much time! We are a home care company that serves the elderly and the disabled. Our caregivers work remotely from our office. Axiscare is an all around best scheduling and time keeping software that has helped us keep our caregiver's timekeeping and documentation in one place. I love their mobile app for Admin. What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

My nurses are paid per visit but we accrue benefits via time accrued in the home and in travel and I am unable to setup the payroll report to calculate both hours worked and pay per visit (fixed) separately. We also need a way to capture the minutes that are not able to be billed until they accrue to a full 15 minutes. Unable to capture pictures in secure way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is easy to use, and very accessable. I can access Axiscare from any computer, phone, or tablet I have when I am not in the office. Which is great because I work from home sometimes. What do you like best about AxisCare Home Care Software?

Very easy to use and understand. It is also asthetically pleasing. I like being able to view an entire month of scheduling. I also enjoy that I can go back and correct visits if ADLs have been missed or care notes left out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AxisCare Home Care Software?

I have not experienced many downsides to Axis care. One thing that is bothersome to me is that it seems to be flawed when tracking overages of time delivered to clients. Not much. at first, we thought the reporting funcitonality was a bit limited, but we also had very extreme needs. but, ultimately we got a firehouse of all our data, and leverage powerbi very effectively. they are wonderful to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
