What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

The x360Cloud portal is easy to use, and has a full set of features. Being able to view container backup status at a glance, along with backup sizes and specific sync issues is great. So many tools these days have convoluted UI's with no search ability, and features no one uses, making it hard to do initial setups or fully utilize all offerings. x360Cloud thankfully doesn't suffer from this. The Browser is excellent for granular restores as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?

While container backup statuses are easy to pull up, remediation is not always clear (or possible). Certain defaults are questionable, you have to manually enable auto backups for M365 users on a per/ site basis. There are also some seemingly arbitrary Google limitations, such as Google Drive backups failing as they can't scan more than 100 objects, or initial Gmail backups taking weeks to complete as they're capped at 3 GB per day. What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

The tools are easy to use. Overall the products are well done and earlier the products development were really fast on the development side. I like how it isn't very difficult to collect SharePoint/Teams sites like some other products which can be or require mapping individually. The Cloud backup is very strong and quite possibly one of the best I have used up to this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?

The export features are still a work in progress. Lack of export and some features similar to how you can request an export to USB on the SharePoint and other sites as they can be very large. What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

It was simple to integrate the program with our Google workspace. The support is ready and responds quickly by opening tickets, I had the opportunity to speak with them also via call.

In general, the operation is simple, it does everything automatically and the backup is continuous every day 24/7. I use it only when I need to perform a restore, the fantastic thing is that once set up, you can forget about it and it, reliable, continues to perform the backup daily. What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?

The restore functionality for Google Workspace is not very intuitive, but you can still achieve the desired restoration by understanding the search mechanism. The policies for managing user profiles are somewhat limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

Axcient x360Cloud is a great product. It is easy to implement and integrate with M365. I have not had to perform much needs with customer support but when needed we have had great support with their products. What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

I'm an MSP and I'm using this product on many of my clients which use Microsoft 365. I use it mostly for Sharepoint sites backup and I'm very satisfied: it's easy to use and works without any issue. I use it often to recover data from specific folders.

What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

It's not the cheapest, it's not the most expensive. But it is the only long-time partner I've had that have staid true to their word of continuing supporting their products long term, and providing very knowledgable staff to help with complex issues.

I admit I've jumped ship once or twice over the last 15 years (I worked with them as e-folder as well) but as other products were acquired by venture capitalists, they were gutted and support suffered.

What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

I like the ease of logging in to the GMP and checking the status of all my devices in one easily-accessible location. I can easily troubleshoot issues and contact support if further help is needed. We have had several instances where customers needed data recovery, and Axcient x360 Recover made the process quick and easy allowing customers to get back to business in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

It is difficult to find things I dislike. Sometimes I do have issues locating KB articles when I receive an error code for an appliance. However, I have had excellent experiences with Axcient support. Getting help for Axcient x360 Recover errors is painless, and the support technicians are pleasant, professional, and know the products they support very well. What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

As an MSP monitoring almost 200 separate clients with almost 400 end points, X360 Recover has simplified every aspect of backup Administration! Every single day I use the vault portal centralizes administration, integration of agents with our RMM allow immediate deployments for on boarding and implementation, and the support ticket platform with chat support. Anytime I need additional information on the products, scheduling training is quick and efficient. As the lead technician for NOC responsibilities, I constantly push for our clients to be migrated to using X360 Recover! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

The only downsides I have found is, the API duplicating tickets for the device because of the seperation of the vault and client details, and the reports breakdown for client information would be helpful when comparing billing.
