I like the ease of logging in to the GMP and checking the status of all my devices in one easily-accessible location. I can easily troubleshoot issues and contact support if further help is needed. We have had several instances where customers needed data recovery, and Axcient x360 Recover made the process quick and easy allowing customers to get back to business in a timely manner. It is difficult to find things I dislike. Sometimes I do have issues locating KB articles when I receive an error code for an appliance. However, I have had excellent experiences with Axcient support. Getting help for Axcient x360 Recover errors is painless, and the support technicians are pleasant, professional, and know the products they support very well. As an MSP monitoring almost 200 separate clients with almost 400 end points, X360 Recover has simplified every aspect of backup Administration! Every single day I use the vault portal centralizes administration, integration of agents with our RMM allow immediate deployments for on boarding and implementation, and the support ticket platform with chat support. Anytime I need additional information on the products, scheduling training is quick and efficient. The only downsides I have found is, the API duplicating tickets for the device because of the seperation of the vault and client details, and the reports breakdown for client information would be helpful when comparing billing. These are minimal and can be handled by closing duplicate tickets and manually coping the data list and adding to a cvs file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes snapshots at scheduled intervals. If systems goes down, you can bring it up in VM and continue to work. I've been workign with Axcient's (formerly eFolder) products for more than 20 years and have nothing but the best to say about the products and solutions. It's also a very good platform for partners. When I mount a volume I wish I could just copy and paste files add opposed to just downloading a zip file. It would be great if I could just copy the files I need into the location I need them in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, it is hard for me to find something I dislike. :) Early on, you had to have an on site appliance, which was an expensive item, but that has now been addressed with the ability to backup "direct-to-cloud". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Axcient x360 provides our organization flexibility by using our own BDR hardware or purchasing pre-setup hardware from Axcient. This gives our clients options without being nickel and dimed for usage. The most helpful thing about x360Recover is the Ease of Use. It is very simple in all aspects of recovery, whether it be File Level, or the Image Level. Customer Service is fast to respond and fully knowledgeable about the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Axcient has no storage limit, which makes it easy to calculate monthly costs for our customers no matter how much data they store on their workstations and servers. Price per unit is the same no matter how many agents we have deployed. It would be great if we could be rewarded with lower prices as we add more agents.
