AWS Global Accelerator is the best way to optimize the performance of different applications. It gives static IP addresses that direct traffic to endpoints in a single or multiple AWS Regions. It uses Amazon’s worldwide infrastructure and significantly improves the reliability of your applications. It checks the functioning ability of your application endpoints continuously, and in case of malfunction, redirects to healthy endpoints. One of the most problematic feature of AWS is that it is not user friendly initially as the processes are much more complex than expected by the company. The introduction stage and the technological terms used can be confounding to the users in the beginning. There are also no integrations with developer tools and management tools available yet. Personally, I would like your Premium version to have an intuitive manual or guide that teaches people all its functions and how to use this software correctly, since I personally consider that AWS is not an official platform for people without experience to work, since the software is very complete and it is very easy for people to get lost with so many functions and options that AWS has.
