The amount of devices is limited, which results in a wait time until you can use them, though I have never experienced over a 10 minute wait, which is much less than the time involved in renting or borrowing physical devices. I would like to see touch-screen integration happen at some point, as using mouse to control devices designed for touch can be a pain, especially when you are using a touch enabled laptop to test on, though that feature would simply be for convenience.
