Its functionality to target user segments by creating filters and criteria in combination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Amazon Pinpoint?
Cant change the users journeys during the campaign.
If one has to create a no -read campaign then it has to be defined at the start only.
Also, can create dynamic fields for content at campaign level. Character limit of 1500 characters is very less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amazon Pinpoint?
Best feature is audience targetting strategy using modern communication channels. Email Id, SMS generation etc are best for targetting audience and hence those are utilized here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Althogh everything is fine. I am a little bit concerned about security and I am sure that the Amazon team might be addressing that as well. Other than this I dont find anything wrong here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Analytics service lets you track daily and monthly active devices, which goes beyond downloads to give you a better feel for user engagement and stickiness. The ability to test 5 interfaces at once gives you the best outlook on what is successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can keep track of what I do on Amazon as well as keep up with what others like the most. It also helps me to see just how much others like myself use it on a daily or even monthly basis. The cost to use it is very reasonable and its a monthly cost, not daily.
