What do you like best about AVOXI?

Honestly, nothing was good about our experience with Avoxi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AVOXI?

Avoxi is Overpriced. Avoxi has the worst customer service. They are rude and unhelpful.

Avox makes it incredibly hard to port away and say they will cancel numbers for you but don't to extort more money out of you. Wont provide you with details of the underlying carrier to enable you to port away. It's taken 3 months of back and forth to get the correct information to port away. What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used Avoxi to provide a Geo number for our colleagues in Germany despite us finding out later the number came from a suppier in Ireland but Avoxi refused to tell us who the carrier was to try and prevent us from porting it away. The number allowed us to provide VOIP in Germany but the quality of the VOIP call through their provided client was poor and was diverted to Zoom instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AVOXI?

The Support team is always eager to assist the customers in all their doubts and also help you in setting up all you need in the platform from 0 to 100 and more, this is the most important thing to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AVOXI?

Actually I dont think there is something i dislike of the current product, i would add some features to it like the ablity to choose the carriers or paths for the calls in the use case of a call center, like controlling the routing of calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Avoxi is a great solution for cloud PBX and some integrations with your company's internal tools, if there's something you don't see right away you can always contact support and I am pretty sure you will get someone always eager to help you set up whatever you need. What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have Toll free numbers in different countries that we could integrate with our internal phone solution and meeting solution in the way that calls are redirected to our internal communications software instead of buying hardphones or implementing internal pbx solutions or even having to buy softphones. What do you like best about AVOXI?

Avoxi is very helpful when it is the time of calling a various number of people, it barely has glitches, it is a very organized app, you can keep track of scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful thing that AVOXI has is that one time or day every month it has an update due to maintenance, and when this happens you cant use the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AVOXI?

The response when logging support tickets is fast and helpful. We have never experienced any issues with voice quality on a good connection. Issues with numbers that do not work are resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes tickets are closed when support thinks they have resolved your problem without checking with you. Thankfully you can just respond to the ticket again and get help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about AVOXI?

We have been using Avoxi for more than 7 years now. It has been one of our best decisions to move to Avoxi. Earlier we used to face lot of connectivity and call drop issues, but since we moved to avoxi, everything became very smooth and helped our team to provide better customer service. What do you dislike about AVOXI?

I don't think that there is anything that I dislike. Only reason that we are are still with Avoxi is becuase we like everything, otherwise we would have shifter to some other service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Avoxi for our customer service solutions and it provides a dashboard to monitor employee productivity and other reporting tools as well. What do you like best about AVOXI?

Our account manager is very responsive, so that helps with issues or new products we'd like to add. The Genius platform is easy to use and set up. We use it every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AVOXI?

AVOXI offers probably the most robust VoIP software out there right now. Effortless way to manage all your DID's and deep options of features you are able to utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall it does offer a lot but I do think it is rather pricey after your intro period ends. I don't have many additional glaring negatives right now that can come to mind but I do believe their team is constantly working on the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AVOXI?

It was easy for me to get all the data that I need. I also like the Whisper feature where you can remotely monitor a live call. It is also easy for me to get all the information that I need for reporting and analysis. I also like the live feature where I can view the current status of my staff and their daily activities. The data can also be modified based on agent, teams and even the entire department which makes it easy for the Support team to create an analysis based form the staff performance. What do you dislike about AVOXI?

For 2 months of usage, I can say that the tool is very reliable when it comes to all the data that I need. I just need to be more familiar with all the feature that Avoxi offers.
