Avoxi is Overpriced. Avoxi has the worst customer service. They are rude and unhelpful.
Avox makes it incredibly hard to port away and say they will cancel numbers for you but don't to extort more money out of you. Wont provide you with details of the underlying carrier to enable you to port away. It's taken 3 months of back and forth to get the correct information to port away. The Support team is always eager to assist the customers in all their doubts and also help you in setting up all you need in the platform from 0 to 100 and more, this is the most important thing to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actually I dont think there is something i dislike of the current product, i would add some features to it like the ablity to choose the carriers or paths for the calls in the use case of a call center, like controlling the routing of calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Avoxi for more than 7 years now. It has been one of our best decisions to move to Avoxi. Earlier we used to face lot of connectivity and call drop issues, but since we moved to avoxi, everything became very smooth and helped our team to provide better customer service. It was easy for me to get all the data that I need. I also like the Whisper feature where you can remotely monitor a live call. It is also easy for me to get all the information that I need for reporting and analysis. I also like the live feature where I can view the current status of my staff and their daily activities. The data can also be modified based on agent, teams and even the entire department which makes it easy for the Support team to create an analysis based form the staff performance. For 2 months of usage, I can say that the tool is very reliable when it comes to all the data that I need. I just need to be more familiar with all the feature that Avoxi offers.
