Once a schedule is set up for backup, it continues backing up Microsoft 365 documents on its own, based on certain rules (if we want to) and that is the best thing about AvePoint Cloud Backup. I could even set up multiple backups in a day at different intervals to ensure that the frequency matchedthe updation schedules of files by different remotely located teams within our organisation. The UI of Avepoint Cloud Backup is pretty old-looking and not at all easy-to-use for non-tech persons. Moreover, for each document, it conducts a fresh security scan, which consumes a lot of time and processor memory. Their support team is not very active in answering queries and when the backup is restored or retrieved, the restored data is not always consistent with the original data (especially for CSV and Word documents). Its item-level restore feature provides anytime access for business critical emails, files, teams and projects.

This software is easy to install,setup, use and implement in any kind of business.

The product has proved to be quite useful. However, I have tried calling the customer support using the international number but the call isn't connected and just drops. Unlike some backup solutions that only allow full restorations, AvePoint Cloud Backup allows granular search and recovery of individual items or folders. This allows one to restore only items that are needed and does not waste time restoring all the files and folders. This also reduces the load on IT and customer support.

It is easy to use if there are any plans to implement AvePoint Cloud Backup product because of its interface. There is no need of any addiational trainings required.
