What do you like best about Avaya IP Office?

I remember using Avaya when working remotely for a US company. It's functionality was great and very reliable for me. I didn't have to pay attention to the connection or the stability of the service at all. All features works just fine and it was very helpful tool to communicate with clients and people in general. What do you dislike about Avaya IP Office?

The interface could be a little more friendly so many more people can be more satisfied using the product. Other than that, I think it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avaya IP Office?

I have used this daily. I love that it keeps you connected to your clients seemlessly. To me this is one of the more advanced IP solutions. Easy to use. And effective for the job i do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avaya IP Office?

Just it being voice over internet protocol, on occasion you have intermitent dropped calls. But by far superior to other IP solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Avaya IP Office solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the need for any type of direct phone line. Also there is Avaya space that allows you to have one application for calls, video calls and even use of calander reminders. It makes my job so much more simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
