What do you like best about Autotask?

Autotask is rock solid for IT MSPs looking for a foundational product that has all the needed functionality, is well supported and understood, and provides most key integrations needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

The interface is extremely dated and could benefit from a comprehensive uplift. It feels like working in legacy 0racle product. In addition, data is not really available for robust modern reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI. The built-in reporting tools are capable, but very clunky and produces unattractive reports. What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Autotask solves a number of foundational problems - like: technician time and work management, customer support workflow and interface, contracts and billing, and quality controls. It provides a solid foundation for running an MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the integrations. I like how it integrated with Pax8 for software and prices, I like how it integrates with Datto and so many others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

Centralized location for all aspects of MSP life. Tickets, timesheets, monitoring, patching, remote access, inventory, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some occasional issues with the agents on endpoint not working for remote access but a reboot almost always fixes it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

Our implementation of Autotask PSA has allowed us, as an IT company, to easily centralise operations and automate a lot of our Service Desk tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

I particularly appreciate the streamlined workflow it provides. The system allows us to efficiently manage tickets, from receipt to completion, which means a significant reduction in administrative burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
