Autotask is rock solid for IT MSPs looking for a foundational product that has all the needed functionality, is well supported and understood, and provides most key integrations needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is extremely dated and could benefit from a comprehensive uplift. It feels like working in legacy 0racle product. In addition, data is not really available for robust modern reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI. The built-in reporting tools are capable, but very clunky and produces unattractive reports.
