What do you like best about Autotask?

The integrations and automations have been so helpful is giving me time back so I can run my business.

Approving invoices has become a 3 minute task rather than a day long event, project management, the service thermometer and the business owner dashboard give me the insight I need to hair employee performance@ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

What do you like best about Autotask?

Ticketing assignemnt and Contrcat creation is very smooth , Good cusotmer support

Very lim ited automation , some of the report even if we customise also not able to do

the customization - there's alot of room to make your PSA fit for your company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i wish there was better design features: the ability to change colors of billable/non billable entries, different colored internal notes, banners, alerts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

we used to have different softwares for different things: one for helpdesk, one for RMM, one for time tracking, one for billing, one for creating invoices... so PSA combines it all into one, making our day-to-day operations alot easier.

support doesnt always know the answer and i find myself having to submit a few tickets to actually get a resolution, which is a bummer, as i am actively working in PSA full time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

I have used several ticketing systems in my carrer and Auto Task was by far the easiest to learn and use. The features of Autotask are better than all of the other ystems I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using PSA makes my job easier every day by giving me the tools I need to support my clients in a timely and accurate fashion.
