What do you like best about Autotask?

Autotask PSA allows for stream lining of our helpdesk processes by creating Speed codes and checklists. This has allowed us to standardize how are tickets are coded for billing as well as allowing all Technicians to follow the same processes for frequently used tickets and tasks. This allows for a standard way for things to be done as well as allowing for a smooth hand off mid-task if neccessary due to illness or unexpected absences. The extensive KB articles are also very helpfull when trying to get support in creating workflow rules and other complicated automations. The ease of integrating other systems has also allowed us to streamline support for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

There are so many features that it can be difficult to leverage all of the functionality. It would be nice to have more "How to" videos or walk through for different features within Autotask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Standardizing how tickets are done has been one of the biggest benefits of using Autotask PSA. It has reduced billing errors for us by around 60% allowing our franchise owners to be able to focus on other client issue rather than spending hours at the end of the month correcting billing inacuracies. What do you like best about Autotask?

What do you like best about Autotask?

Compared with other products such as CW, Autotask is user friendly, Business focused, and actually achieves the goals you need to in order to automate the backend of a MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

The invoices still retain the IT feel in their formating and presentation to the client, but they are still clearly laid our and present the required information, just in a older generation style to modern invoicing as found on products such as XERO. Needs to integrate better with Xero, thats its only archilles heel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

It is very useful for us regarding real time updates of our personnel to track and verify each schedule for each ticket. For the Implementation since we are new on Autotask and not familiar with its features that will be applicable to our company, we encountered some delay on it. For the Customer support our Admin easily received resolution on the problem that we logged. Everday I used Autotask to our ticketing. For the Integration this was primarily handled by our Admin. What do you dislike about Autotask?

Based on our experience I haven't encountered any problem in Autotask except for a certain time that Autotask is not responsing to our text to email feaure of our personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

We like the overall comprehensiveness of the solution. Everything we need for day to day operation, along with business development and growth, is available to us through the AutoTask platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

We were intially disappointed that Kaseya had purchased Datto/AutoTask, and our hesitation was warranted at the beginning of the transition. They (Kaseya) have since moved away from the things that many hated about doing business with Kaseya and have adopted many of the things that made AutoTask/Datto a superior choice, such as flexible spending and no long term contracts. What do you like best about Autotask?

There is an open API platform that is easy to use to build custom solutions to either track tickets or automate certain elements of the software.
