The most useful and appreciable:
- the synchronization of Autotask/Itglue/Datto tools
- having Itglue/Datto assets in ticket creation

The least appreciated: - when a ticket is opened, a new tab opens and occasionally the site lacks responsiveness during these activities - the "categories" of tickets must be created in advance, we do not have the possibility to add items to the list during the creation of a ticket Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Autotask to be a very complete suite of tools. There are tons of possibilities, options, tweaks, settings,... . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel that this tool is very acurate with all the need that an IT environment will need because once is implemented the way it works is very frendly and i like it for all the multiple options that resources that is in there. As far as customer support goes, I do have some suggestions. I frequently use autotask and generally love the platform and its integration into datto and ITG. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes too many clicks to make quick changes within a single ticket. For example, it should be easier, quicker and less cumbersome to change ticket titles, sub issue types, edit contacts, edit ticket titles, contracts etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports are rough, they lack flexible filter selections and are hard to find.
Projects could be more user friendly. It has been very complex to implement the use of projects. We are still struggling to implementing invoicing through Autotask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is the app which keeps track of at least 80% of my daily tasks. It lets me manage my time and logs resolutions to issues I face, along with keeping track of time spend and expenses incurred - mainly for travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a bit of a learning curve when first exposed to Autotask. I had never before had reason to use such a piece of software. I learned best by having experienced users train me instead of reading User Manuals, and then after I was somewhat familliar, was able to "poke around" and learn a few more features on my own.
