What do you like best about Autotask?

Great dashboard. Integrates well with the other products I use like data RMM and IT Glue. Widely used in the industry, making it compatible with third-party helpdesk suppliers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

The interface is dated. While there are some product innovations, it seems to be behind some of the competition. Client portal is awful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking issues from clients. Providing easy insights to my business revenue. Managing recurring contracts.

What do you like best about Autotask?

What do you like best about Autotask?

I like the idea of moving everything into one portal, to support my customers. K1 Allows me to access the info I need quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

They need more integrations, for example, PSA should allow me to open a machine in VSA right from the ticket and the password should come over from IT Glue, currently I have 5 tabs open to make everything work.

Auto Tasks needs a better Project Management system, its not easy to use, but does work well when you learn to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
