Coming from Kaseya BMS, PSA feels a lot more professional, customisable and generally easier to use with a lot more information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much that I've come across to dislike about PSA at present Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not necessarily solving issues but does make the whole service desk experience much easier to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
