What do you like best about Autotask?

User-friendly interface and has all almost all the features that we need to support our MSP needs. Ease of implementation and everything is intergrated so nicely which saves our time and we use it for every partner and recommend as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

Autotask allows us to automate ticket escalations, responses and integrates really well into IT glue and Datto rmm as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lot of components of autotask and we find it a little hard to understand all the components easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

Easy integration with IT Glue and Datto RMM, very good documentation and support is exceptional, new employees need only few hours for training to use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

Autotask PSA if well configured is a good tool for tracking technical and commercial activities.

The guide that can be consulted from any page and any field is very useful. The possibility of synchronization with other software is also appreciable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

Some automatisms for entering contracts need to be improved. Changing percentage discounts is often subject to errors that force the line to be deleted and re-inserted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
