What do you like best about Autotask?

Fantastic database and repository of information with seamless integrations to make managed services a breeze. I really enjoy the Configuration Item capability to map out and track multiple systems for each client and even each respective contact within those clients to drill down individual concerns while focusing on company-wide solutions in the same breath! What do you dislike about Autotask?

I would like for AutoTask to have a bit more POS functionality, so that our in-house, in-store sales and income could be all-inclusive there without having to rely on Square POS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

I really like the dashboard feature and how customizable it is. It allows me to create widgets so I can review relevant items or topics at a glance. Excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say this is really a negative, but the amount of customization may be a bit overwhleming at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autotask?

It is somewhat opinionated, leading to a tailwind as long as you conform. Good APIs and a quite nice set of documentation. As someone who uses it daily, including reporting, it does have a good single-pane-of-glass feel to it.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

Opinionated systems obviously have their downsides if you do not agree. It could do with a facelift delivering a more responsive interface and less "save buttons". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
