I like the timetracking the most! Mostly in our company we forget to start the timetracking and couldnt say after the problem solving how long i took to fix the problem. This tool helped us to indicate the time and if we need another employee or we can get rid of one employee (Luckely we are growing and will be having 2 new employees this month).
