
I really like how structured everything is with Automate®. It's easy to understand what each task is doing, which helps both me and management track progress. I appreciate that processes run automatically and are fully visible, making it easier to identify issues compared to traditional scheduled tasks. The support and training are really valuable, being very helpful whenever guidance is needed. I also like that Automate® keeps adding more integrations, which makes it easier to connect with the tools we already use. The main difference I noticed moving from UiPath to Automate® was ease of use, as it's easier to build workflows using the available actions without getting too deep into coding, making everyday work quicker. One area that could be better is that it is not always easy to learn everything on your own. The manual is a bit complex and while there are free resources they do not cover advanced use cases. Another thing is that once automations are already built it is difficult to go back and improve them, especially when it comes to better error handling.
