Simplicity and being able to edit customer information within system. Making appointments has also been a very simple process with AutoLoop. Fairly easy to use however lots of glitches when it comes to the templates, thank goodness for 24 hr live rep support. Unfortunately I had to teach this program to myself so over the time span of a month some reps were extremely helpful others had me scratching my head when it canme to email templates. So many template glitches (or at least in my experience). If you don’t have patience or don’t have anybody that knows what they are doing it may not be the software for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
