What i like the most about Autodesk Construction Cloud is the fact that you can work in group while everyone sees your changes. Also, i really like that you can open different types of documents like word, AutoCAD, Excel, photos, rvt, etc. With that, i don't need to open a hundred apps on my desk so that i can view different types of documents. And, you can view all the layers that the document has one by one, i think that's very helpful and has save me a lot of time at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that i don't like about Autodesk Construction Cloud is that some documents that you create, get locked and you have to unlock many times, i don't like that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Autodesk Construction Cloud regularly and find it pretty seamless and easy to integrate into our workflow. The more frequent you use it, the more useful it becomes.
Having models in the cloud is less resource intensive and by that token faster and more efficient.
Having one place for all documents is really helpful.
No need to send/ receive pdf files, markups or even models.
Everything is in one place.

When another firm has set up the project it can be difficult to get started if permissions are not set up properly. Not being able to manipulate files in a folder assigned to you, or not being able to see the folder structure at all can keep you from getting up and running. As our demands grow for project efficiency and scope flexibility across over 10,000 projects, our Common Data Environment, BIM360 continues to expand with scalable tools and workflows. The base tools continue to be improved and the platform is fully customizable to meet individual stakeholder needs. BIM360 provides us with a singular source of truth environment from which live collaboration can effectively be managed and tracked. Not really a dislike but our biggest hurdle with BIM360 is the administrative tasks continue to be very manual. Having thousands of projects and thousands of members, we need to be able to manage members and projects across multiple projects more efficiently at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m extremely happy when uploading documents and files that there is a short to no wait time as well as we hen open out a new project. The bridging feature makes is very easy to make sure our team and other companies are on the same page, though i have had some issues with the feature it is currently one of the best things I’ve used on Autodesk. My main issue is the bridging feature, as much as I like it, I hope to soon see an updated feature that allows a folder and its subfolders to be shared across multiple projects. Autodesk Construction Cloud is a game changer! I love being able to host projects/models on this platform. Distribution of documents is fantastic. It feels super interconnected to everything. Everything is integrated. It's just a really impressive product that feels like it bridges many things that used to feel completely disconnected. It's very simple to use. I want to be able to add more people to our projects on ACC. I cannot transmit a document hosted on ACC to someone that does not have an Autodesk seat. Sometimes we have to get the documents to those people. And requiring them to purchase a seat so they can receive our transmittal seems like a little too much to ask. I like how Autodesk allows me to keep the submittal and RFI process in order and in one place. It not only helps me but the ones I am managing are allowed to see at what point of the game their response is in. All my project data available any time anywhere. The integration directly into my CAD package makes it seamless to save and open files keeping them upto date complete with history versions as an automatic backup provides utility and a peace of mind.
The capacity to create project teams members, share and collaborate with different permission settings is a game changer compare to traditional local server based storage.

With the many features that ACC offers it is not and EDM, Electronic Document Manager, meaning cataloguing drawings with project, client and numbering details cannot connect directly to project files and the title blocks as far as I am aware, so it is not yet drawing management system. What I enjoy most about the ACC is the collaboration between teams and software for projects. Some other key componets are the ease in which we maintain the project team and the profiles around the project teams for access to models. The ACC is also an easy integration for project team members who are not as fluent on the computer because the ACC is more user friendly than other options on the market. My dislikes about the ACC are the one folder setup option in the Design Collaborate module, We need to be able to swap folders as a project grows or as things change. I am also not a fan of the clash system in the ACC after getting used to Navisworks and Revizto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once you get used to this software it's very easy to use and very easy to compile all your data from your build. The SHEETS tab is literally a one stop shop fro all your drawing with an easy-to-use Search bar and filter options. Looking at your drawings is great with the Zoom capabilities. 10/10 would use this for all builds. We used this software just about every day to go over planning and follow up.
