It looks pretty for end users and if you are not using it in a manner where users directly authenticate through Swivel, then I would rate it overall a 7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Swivel's sole purpose is to authenticate users, yet they seem to have failed to test password characters. If a user's password has characters '&' or '<' authentication will fail and the user gets a message 'invalid user'. In fact, the user will get an error message 'invalid user' for any issue, to include if there password is expired. This has resulted in an administrative nightmare. If your organization has a password expiration policy, it is not really practical to use Swivel as your SSO SAML IdP.
The administrative panel is severely lacking. The panel that lets you search through logs is technically there, but almost worthless for practical troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It supports wide range of applications that are currently either not supported or is complicated with Microsoft. Ease of setup stands tall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
